The concluding ceremony of Unifest 2023, also known as the Annual Day of Mewar University was arranged on 28th February 2023. The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of the former ambassador of India, Mr. Deepak Vohra. His inspiring words instilled not just in the students but the staff too with a new spirit of advancement. Like every year, the ceremony intended to appreciate the honest efforts of students they had put into various academic and extra-curricular activities. The preceding week of Unifest 2023 saw a galore of cultural, sports, and technical events with students having zealous participation. The prestigious Shri Nandlal Gadiya Best Academic Award was given in absentia to Ms. Anjali Naval from Computer Science. The award is given to an outstanding student for his or her excellent performance in the Faculty of Engineering. The recipient of the award is reimbursed its full tuition fees for one year by the respective chair. Several other awards were given for best extra-curricular record faculty-wise. Awards for Best Chart, Best Presentation, and Best Assignment were also given to encourage students. The winners of various events of Unifest-2023 were felicitated for their exceptional performances with accolades. Various dance and musical programs brought forward the beauty of Indian diversity. A noteworthy performance was The orient where the Kashmiris and Africans danced together to the ecstatic applause of the audience. Refreshment was also arranged for the students and faculty members. The event concluded by evening with the national anthem.
